TD is Banking on Voice with new TD Skill on Amazon Alexa
At TD, we're focused on enabling customers to bank when, where and how they prefer through personalized, connected experiences. Which is why we’re thrilled to offer our new TD skill alongside the launch of Amazon Alexa in Canada on December 5.
Fueled by improvements in technology and a consumer desire for more natural human interfaces, the first iteration of TD's skill will give customers voice activated access to detailed information about TD products and services, locations of TD branches and exchange rates, through Amazon Alexa-enabled devices.
And this is just the beginning – as voice interaction banking gains momentum, there's an opportunity to expand TD's skill further to help Canadians simplify and streamline their daily lives, enabling them to multitask, performing tasks without interruption.
